Piggybank was born into an immensely wealthy family which had been rich for as long as anyone could remember. It is believed that his parents got him his cushy job for finance in the Network, and that he’s willing to help people do just about anything for the right price. He claims to own a monster but nobody has ever seen it, though it is rumoured that such is because he molly-coddles it. He seems to enjoy high society and will look down on the poor, wasteland residents or people with biological monsters.
