High Noon is the second half of Team Legit with Midnight, participants in the Double Team Championships last year where they were utterly crushed (they claimed the other team was cheating). In the Arena, High Noon acts like a degenerate loud mouthed thug, accusing everyone else of cheating and raving about stealing other people's monsters. He is laughably incompetent at this though and has yet to win an arena match. Outside the Arena, High Noon is decidedly more friendly and cheerful, and is an enthusiastic member of Maintenance where he helps with repairs and Arena reconfiguring. He's got a knack for tech and is regular visitor to the wastelands.
